Ladybug Eggs #2

Remember those ladybug eggs? Well, here is a picture of them.
There had to be at least 30+ tiny eggs. Unfortunately, they got eaten by the ever hungry ladybugs...

Awanas Day

Crazy Hair Day at Awanas.
For this fun day Miss K. came up with the idea of having LOTS of ponytails on her head..."Now that's crazy!" she said.
So, after church we went looking for those tiny rubber bands and we found them at the Dollar store.
And here you have the result. She was pleased and I was glad that she was patient enough to sit still, long enough to get these done.

Happy 1st of May!

Wow, May is here! I hope that everyone has a blessed month.

A little update on the ladybugs...the eggs were eaten. I didn't think on letting go of the ladybugs after the eggs were laid and ...well, the bugs did what they do...they eat them. I felt so bad in breaking this sad news to my little one. So, we a male and female and we are waiting to see the next set of tiny orange eggs any moment
now.

My little one has a double ear infection that had kept her up for a couple of nights, now we are taking care of that. She hates the taste of the medicine but likes the tickles she gets after she takes it. Hey, it works.

Today is out to run more errands, and back to working on more cards and a few pages. I'm getting a lot of things in order and might have a few surprises up my sleeve at Ana's Cards...stay tunned.

Ladybug Eggs!

Today, after dropping some mail at the Post Office, my daughter and I were walking back to our car when Ms.K spotted...a ladybug! We love ladybugs, so we stopped to take a peek and found a bush covered with the little bugs. After playing with them for a few minutes, we decided that we wanted to take some to our garden and to do that we needed our bug house. We went home to get it and spent about 10 minutes catching bugs. Somehow, we managed to get a male and a female ladybug, who later in the day became the proud parents to about 20+ ladybug eggs! Oh, it was amazing. I picked up the bug cage to check on the little guys and found a ladybug laying eggs! Needles to say, Ms.K is looking forward to watching these little bugs hatch. After some research, we found the best practices on taking care of our new pet ladybugs and their eggs...We will keep you posted.

The picture above is not of our ladybug eggs -the one I took was not very good, yet I'll still posted later with an update- Enjoy.

New Page Sets

This week... Premade Page Mats to help complete a page in a flash.
Also, known as Page Starter Set or Photo Mats Set. Any way you call them, these sets are ideal for the busy scrapper. With enough mats to complete 1-12x12 page/layout or 2-8.5x11 pages/layouts. I luv'em.
To view more pictures of these sets go to Ana's Cards.

Pre-made Page Sets or Page Starter Set

Have you ever wondered how you could get some of those precious pictures of your last family event scrapped fast? So did I... and that's where these handy pre-made photo mats come in.
The set in the picture for example, has enough pieces to complete one 12x12 page. However, if you scrapbook in a smaller size like me, then you could use the title and a couple of the mats to make one page or two. Either way, these premade sets are a time saver, which can be helpful when you have several pages to make. I personally love'em. A couple of weeks ago, I made several of these page starter sets and only until now had the chance to list a couple to my eBay store In the next days you can stop by and check out the other sets that will soon be listed. I'm in the middle of a custom page order, so listing these other sets will go slowly but surely.

Have a terrific day!
